What Alliance Health Project was facing.
In the summer of 2020, following the murder of George Floyd, AHP's leadership sought to address anti-Blackness within their division. They contracted Dante King to conduct an employee engagement survey on racism, racial bias, and internal inequities — an entry point that developed into a multi-year organizational transformation engagement.
