The engagement.

What Mayo Clinic was facing.

In 2021, Mayo Clinic contracted Dante King to deliver anti-racism training for clinical and executive leaders. The depth of that initial engagement set off a three-year relationship — culminating in an international keynote, a faculty appointment at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science, and a Medical Grand Rounds presentation for the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology.

In December 2022, Dante King delivered the international keynote address at Mayo Clinic's international conference in Florida. In 2023, he was invited to present at Medical Grand Rounds for the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology. He was appointed Adjunct Assistant Professor of Medical Education at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science — one of the few non-physician external consultants to hold this distinction at a top-ranked U.S. medical institution.
