The engagement.

What SFDPH Behavioral Health Services was facing.

King of Kings Consulting was selected through a competitive RFQ process to serve as BHS's contracted anti-racism infrastructure consultant. The initial contract covered three scope areas: Anti-Racist Strategy & Policy Assessment, Manager Accountability, and Racial Equity Training.

Over three years (2023–2026), the practice served as Chief Racial Equity Consultant to the San Francisco Department of Public Health's Behavioral Health Services division — part of an 8,000-employee health department.
