Is this DEI training?
No. King of Kings Consulting is an institutional consulting practice: organizational assessment, leadership development, policy design, accredited continuing education, and expert-witness work.
We scope engagements to what institutions are accountable for — governance, compliance, workforce risk, and litigation exposure. Cultural dysfunction is not a morale issue. It is a legal and financial liability.
What does an engagement look like?
Sustained, not episodic. Engagements have ranged from a two-session series (Portland City Auditor) to three years embedded (San Francisco Department of Public Health Behavioral Health Services).
Most combine assessment, executive coaching, leadership development, and policy work.
Which sectors does the practice serve?
We serve academic medicine, healthcare and public health, higher education, government, and K–12 education — plus expert-witness and MCLE work for the legal profession.

Is the teaching accredited?
Yes. The course Understanding the Roots of Racism and Bias was accredited through UCSF School of Medicine, 2021–2025, for 16.25 CME/CE hours. Two Mayo Clinic courses carried 22.5 accredited hours in total.
King of Kings Consulting is a State Bar of California-accredited MCLE provider.
Does Dante D. King serve as an expert witness?
Yes. He served as expert witness in People v. Finley (2023), a California Racial Justice Act sentencing matter; the court granted sentencing relief.
Disclosed engagement types include declarations, depositions, trial testimony, litigation consulting, and pre-litigation institutional review.
Can the practice be retained through public procurement?
Yes. We were selected through a competitive RFQ (San Francisco Department of Public Health) and a competitive RFP (Portland City Auditor).
