What we collect, what we don't.
King of Kings Consulting is an institutional B2B practice. We hold ourselves to a higher standard than the regulatory minimum because that is what our clients expect. This page is plain about what data we collect, where it lives, and how to remove it.
Information we collect
What you provide directly through the inquiry form at /inquire — your name, work email, organization, role, phone (optional), engagement type, sector, the message you write us, and an optional referral source — along with standard technical details of the submission (time received, IP address, and browser user agent), which help us screen automated spam. We do not collect anything else from you on this site.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are delivered by email to the practice's inbox. Delivery is handled by Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes each submission for the sole purpose of delivering it to us. If email delivery is unavailable, the submission is written briefly to the runtime logs of our hosting provider (Vercel, based in San Francisco, California) as a short-lived fallback so it is not lost; those logs rotate on the host's standard schedule. Your information is not used for marketing and is not shared with any CRM, advertising, or marketing tool.
We do not place tracking cookies. We do not run ad pixels. We do not sell, lease, or share your information with anyone. The only analytics on this site, if and when enabled, are Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights — both of which are privacy-preserving by design (no cookies, no IP-level tracking, anonymous aggregate statistics only).
How long we keep it
Delivered inquiries: kept as part of our institutional engagement records unless you ask us to delete them. Server logs: rotated by our host on its standard retention schedule.
Your rights
You may request a copy of any information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our inquiry form — that is the canonical contact mechanism for the practice. We respond to every request within ten business days.
Children
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If a parent or guardian believes we have collected such information, contact us through the form and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date below. For the avoidance of doubt, this page is a v1 statement and will be replaced by counsel-reviewed final copy before the practice scales further.
